At Monsy.store, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or limited-edition products (if applicable)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item received

If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
